  3. Meet your chauffeur before you travel

    Two days before pickup you receive your chauffeur's name and mobile number, so there is always a person you can reach – in English, German, Russian, Greek or Romanian.

  4. Relax, your chauffeur is waiting

    On time at your door, or in the arrivals hall with a name sign. We follow your flight and wait up to an hour at the airport at no extra cost, then the door closes and the price is already agreed.

Good to know: free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup, changes up to 12 hours before, child seats free on request, and business liability insurance with AXA up to CHF 10,000,000.

With Driveguard, a limousine service in Switzerland costs CHF 109 per hour or CHF 999 for a 10-hour day in a Mercedes E-Class. Transfers have a fixed price per route: Zurich Airport to the city centre CHF 107, to Lucerne CHF 261, to Zermatt CHF 768. The S-Class costs CHF 159 per hour and CHF 1,490 per day, the V-Class CHF 149 and CHF 1,390, the V-Class Lux CHF 179 and CHF 1,690. Fuel, parking and road tolls are always included; hourly bookings include 25 km per hour.

Airport pickups include up to 1 hour of waiting, flight monitoring and a meet and greet with a name sign; child seats are free on request. Only major holidays and events – Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Easter, the WEF week in Davos – may carry a supplement, confirmed by email before you commit. Up to 1 hour of waiting after landing is included in every airport pickup of our chauffeur service in Switzerland. Your chauffeur follows the flight live, so the pickup moves with the actual landing time. If a delay runs well beyond that hour or the flight is cancelled, we stay in contact by phone or WhatsApp and move the pickup to your new flight.

Yes – cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup, and changes are possible up to 12 hours before, subject to availability. Two days before pickup you receive your chauffeur’s name and mobile number, so any last detail goes straight to the person driving you.
