From the first message to the last stop
One chauffeur, one price and a day that runs on your schedule. This is what happens between your first message and the moment your chauffeur opens the door.
Send the pickup address, the date, the start time and how many hours or days you need, through the booking form or on WhatsApp. You pay online, by invoice or to the chauffeur by card or cash.
Two days before pickup you receive your chauffeur's name and mobile number. From then on there is one person to call for a change of plan, an extra stop or an earlier start, in English, German, Russian, Greek or Romanian.
Your chauffeur waits at every stop, takes care of parking and luggage and drives the route you choose. Nothing from the road is added afterwards: fuel, parking and tolls are already in the price.
Running late is not a problem. Ask your chauffeur to stay longer and, if the schedule allows, the extra time is added at your hourly rate, or at the extra-hour rate once a day booking passes 10 hours.

A private driver in Switzerland with Driveguard costs CHF 109 per hour in a Mercedes E-Class, CHF 159 in the S-Class, CHF 149 in the V-Class and CHF 179 in the V-Class Lux, with a 2-hour minimum and 25 km per hour included. A full day of 10 hours and 300 km starts at CHF 999, and fuel, parking, road tolls and your chauffeur’s waiting time are always included. A private driver for a day in Switzerland costs CHF 999 in the Mercedes E-Class, CHF 1,490 in the S-Class, CHF 1,390 in the V-Class and CHF 1,690 in the V-Class Lux, for 10 hours and 300 km with fuel, parking, tolls and waiting included. Each extra hour is CHF 87 and each extra kilometre CHF 2.20 in the E-Class, so a 12-hour day to the Jungfraujoch comes to CHF 1,173.
Booking a private driver in Switzerland by the hour is cheaper for up to 9 hours as long as you stay within the 25 km included per hour: 9 hours in the E-Class cost CHF 981 with 225 km. From 10 hours the day rate of CHF 999 always costs less, and on long routes it wins earlier: 8 hours with about 280 km, such as Grindelwald and back, cost CHF 1,048 by the hour and CHF 999 as a day. Your chauffeur, the Mercedes class you booked, 25 km per hour or 300 km per day, fuel, parking, road tolls, luggage handling and all the waiting between your stops are included, and child seats are free on request. Extra kilometres, hours beyond the 10-hour day and, on multi-day journeys, the chauffeur’s hotel at CHF 150 per night away from Zurich are added at the published rates; tickets for boats, mountain trains and museums are yours.
Yes, for 2 to 14 days in the booking form. A multi-day chauffeur service keeps the same Mercedes class and, wherever possible, the same chauffeur for the whole journey, priced at the day rate for each day with 300 km per day included; when a night is spent more than about an hour from Zurich, the chauffeur’s hotel is CHF 150 per night. A three-day Grand Tour from Zurich to Lake Geneva and back comes to CHF 3,297 in the E-Class, the two hotel nights included.
Yes. Book an hourly or a full-day chauffeur in Zurich with Zurich Airport as the pickup address: your chauffeur monitors the flight, meets you in the Arrivals Hall with a name sign and stays with you for the rest of the booking, and up to 1 hour of free waiting after landing applies as on every airport pickup. For a single drive from the airport to your hotel, a fixed-price Zurich Airport transfer is the better choice.

A single Zurich Airport transfer to Zermatt is CHF 768 in the E-Class.
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup, and changes such as a new start time, another address or an extra stop are possible up to 12 hours before, subject to availability. On the day, ask your chauffeur for more time: if the schedule allows, it is charged at your hourly rate, or at the extra-hour rate once a day booking passes 10 hours. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged according to the Driveguard Terms and Conditions.
