Most city-to-city transfers in Switzerland are a simple journey from one door to another. When the day holds more than one stop, it is often better value to keep your chauffeur with you.

The classic intercity transfer in Switzerland: your chauffeur collects you at one door and brings you to the next, at a fixed price for the route and the Mercedes class you choose. Up to 30 minutes of stops and waiting are included, enough for a coffee on the way or a hotel checkout that runs a little late.

    Two days before pickup you receive your chauffeur's name and mobile number, so there is always a person you can reach – in English, German, Russian, Greek or Romanian.

  4. Door to door, at your pace

From Zurich it is around 35 minutes to Zug, 45 minutes to Lucerne, 1 hour to Basel, 1 hour 25 minutes to Bern, 2 hours 30 minutes to Lausanne and 3 hours to Geneva. Munich, Milan and Innsbruck are each around 3 hours 30 minutes from Zurich, and Geneva to Lausanne takes around 50 minutes. Journey times are estimates and change with traffic, weather and the season.

For two or more travellers, several suitcases or a destination the train does not reach door to door, a private intercity transfer in Switzerland is usually the easier choice. Switzerland’s trains are excellent from station to station, but a chauffeur collects you at the door, carries the luggage, takes up to seven people in one V-Class and goes straight to places where the train means changes, such as Gstaad, Zermatt or a hotel outside town. You also leave when you are ready, not when the timetable says.

For a same-day return, such as a meeting in Bern and back to Zurich, you can book two transfers or keep the chauffeur with you by the hour (25 km included per hour) or for the day (up to 10 hours), so the car waits and every stop is covered; send us your plan and we will price both options. On trips over several days your chauffeur travels with you, and when an overnight stay is more than about an hour from Zurich, accommodation is charged at CHF 150 per chauffeur per night.
