It takes three steps: choose Transfer, Hourly or Daily, enter your pickup, date and time and press Search, then choose one of four Mercedes classes and confirm with your details. Your booking is confirmed once you receive our booking confirmation, and your chauffeur's name and mobile number follow two days before pickup.

Yes. The private transfer price calculator gives you a fixed price transfer quote for your exact route, with fuel, parking, airport charges, motorway tolls, the vignette and tunnel fees already included. Extra charges arise only when the day grows beyond what you booked, such as longer waiting, extra hours or extra kilometres, and on major holidays or during big events a supplement may apply: we tell you by email after you book, and you can cancel free of charge if you do not accept it.

Choose Transfer, enter Zurich Airport and your destination, the date and your landing time, and press Search: the fixed prices for all four Mercedes classes appear on the next screen. Zurich Airport to Lucerne, for example, costs CHF 261 in the E-Class and CHF 310 in the V-Class, with flight monitoring, a name sign in the Arrivals Hall and up to 60 minutes of free waiting after landing included. Add your flight number under Additional information so that we can follow the flight.

Choose by passengers and suitcases: the E-Class and the S-Class take 3 passengers with 2 large cases, the V-Class 7 passengers with 6 cases and the V-Class Lux 6 passengers with 6 cases in individual seats. Skis and snowboards travel only in the two vans, and child seats are free when you tell us the children's ages and weights. You book a class from our Mercedes fleet, so another model of the same class may be sent unless we confirm a specific car in writing.

There are three ways to pay: online by card or PayPal, or to your chauffeur on the day by card or cash. Companies and travel agencies can pay by invoice or bank transfer by arrangement; write to info@driveguard.ch before you book.

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup, and changes such as a new time, address or flight are possible up to 12 hours before, subject to availability and without an administration fee. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged at the full price, as set out in our Terms and Conditions.

Nothing changes for you: we follow your flight and your chauffeur waits up to 60 minutes after the actual landing time at no extra cost. If the flight is cancelled or rebooked, send us the new flight number on WhatsApp and we move the pickup to the new flight, subject to availability.

Yes. Enter your own details for the confirmation and add the traveller's name and mobile number under Additional information, so that the name sign in the Arrivals Hall shows the right name. The chauffeur's details reach you two days before pickup, ready to pass on.

Not through the form, which accepts Swiss addresses only, but we drive to 5 neighboring countries: Germany, Austria, Italy, France and Liechtenstein. Send us the route on WhatsApp or by email and we reply with a fixed price for the whole journey; every passenger needs a valid passport or ID card.

Book as soon as your plans are fixed: cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup, so an early booking costs nothing if plans change. Last-minute and same-day bookings are possible, subject to availability; for a pickup in the next few hours, call or message us on +41 78 217 45 55 as well.
