What are your services used for?
Whether you need an Airport transfer, intercity transfer, or have a longer business or private trip in Switzerland or neighboring countries – we are here for you. You can book a point-to-point transfer, or hire a private driver in Switzerland hourly or daily.
Transfers are suitable for:
- Airport transfer
- Intercity trip
- Point-to-point transfer
Hourly bookings are suitable for:
- Airport pick-up and transfer, with more stops on the way
- Running errands in the city and nearby areas
- Attending business, social, and private events
- Shopping spree or sightseeing tour
Daily bookings are suitable for:
- Having a private driver for business or private trips through Switzerland and neighboring countries (Germany, Austria, Italy, France, and Liechtenstein)
* For overnight trips outside Zurich, the client should provide accommodation to the driver, otherwise an extra 200 CHF per night will be charged for hotel accommodation nearby.
** The driver needs to have at least 8 hours break within each 24 hours of service.
Should the pickup location be in Switzerland, or can it be abroad?
We offer any pickup location within Switzerland and neighboring countries (Germany, Austria, Italy, France, and Liechtenstein).
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible and accommodating. Cancellation can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time with no penalty.
Are there any additional fees for services such as waiting time or extra stops?
For hourly or daily bookings, there are no additional fees for waiting time or extra stops. For transfers, the price will be updated and communicated to the customer, based on new desired route. We will always provide you with an all-inclusive quote before your trip.
Can I request a child car seat for my trip?
Yes, you can request one or more child car seats for your trip at no extra cost.
Do you provide transportation for special events or occasions?
Yes, we provide transportation for a wide range of special events and occasions, including weddings, proms, and corporate events.
How do I pay for my ride?
You can pay for your ride with Driveguard using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or cash. We also accept payments through PayPal. You can pay online at the moment of booking or to the driver at pick-up.
Do you offer airport pick-up and drop-off services?
Yes, we offer airport pick-up and drop-off services at all major airports in Switzerland and in the neighboring countries. For Airport pick-ups, our drivers will meet you in the Arrivals hall after baggage claim, hold a sign with your name on it, and will transport you to your final destination in comfort and style.
Are your drivers fluent in multiple languages?
Yes, our drivers are fluent in multiple languages (English, German, Russian, Romanian), so you can relax and enjoy your trip no matter where you're headed.
Do you offer any corporate or loyalty program?

How do I make a special request or accommodate any special needs?
There’s a field for additional Information (special requests, pick-up details, exact location and flight/train number) in the booking form. You can use it o make special requests for your booking. Are there any additional charges for late night or early morning pick-ups?
No, there are no additional charges for late night or early morning pick-ups. Our rates are all-inclusive, transparent and the same regardless of day and time.
Are there any additional charges for extra luggage?
In the car description you can see the optimal number of luggage that it can fit. There are no additional charges for extra luggage, as long as it can fit in the same car.
