What the Forum week package covers. Five Forum days, Monday 18 to Friday 22 January 2027, each with 10 chauffeur hours and 300 km, fuel, parking and tolls included – the same chauffeur and the same Mercedes every day. Day 1 can begin with your pickup at Zurich Airport and day 5 can end there: the 155 km to the airport fit inside Friday's hours and kilometres. For an arrival on Saturday 16 or Sunday 17 January, or a departure on Saturday 23, add a one-way WEF transfer from CHF 662 or an extra Forum day from CHF 1,199 (Mercedes E-Class). Hours beyond 10 are billed at the extra-hour rate; for days that run from a breakfast briefing to a late reception we plan the staffing with you before the week. Chauffeur accommodation in the Davos region is added at CHF 150 per chauffeur per night.

WEF booking terms. The rates on this page are Forum-week rates: the event supplement is already included in every figure, so no further supplement applies. Prices per vehicle in CHF, valid for pickups from Saturday 16 to Saturday 23 January 2027. Payment by invoice, online by card, or to the chauffeur by card or cash. Zurich Airport to Davos WEF transfer – and arrivals from Basel and Geneva

Zurich Airport is the gateway for most participants: approx. 155 km and around 2 hours by chauffeur in normal conditions. During the Forum, checkpoint traffic and winter roads can stretch the drive to 3–4 hours at peak arrival times; most arrivals fall on Saturday 16 or Sunday 17 January. Every WEF transfer to Davos below is a fixed, all-inclusive one-way price, with all four classes in the table above; a return is twice the one-way rate.

Arrival weekend, 16–17 January 2027

Most participants land at Zurich Airport on Saturday or Sunday, when the road to Davos is at its busiest. Your Forum week chauffeur meets you in the arrivals hall, and 2 to 4 hours later, depending on the checkpoints, you are at your hotel with the first dinner still ahead of you. If your hotel lies inside the security zone, tell us at booking: access needs the hotel's vehicle credentials, and we plan the drop-off point with you.

Forum days, 18–22 January: 07:00 to past midnight

A security perimeter closes the roads around the Congress Centre and the central hotels; inside it you move on foot or by shuttle. Your chauffeur earns the day at its edges – the hotel pickup at 07:00, a lunch in Klosters, the side event on the Promenade, the late reception – and the car waits where you left it, a warm and quiet office for calls between drives.

Delegations and security teams: several vehicles, one contact

St. Moritz and the Engadin are reached in winter via the Vereina car train or the Julier Pass; Zurich is around 2 hours away; and journeys into Germany, Austria, Italy, France and Liechtenstein are driven at the same all-inclusive per-vehicle rates.

Friday's drive to Zurich Airport fits inside the last Forum day: 155 km, around 2 hours, timed to your flight. For a Saturday departure add a one-way WEF transfer from CHF 662 (Mercedes E-Class); changes to a confirmed pickup time are possible up to 12 hours before, subject to availability.
