Two days before pickup you receive the chauffeur's name and mobile number to forward to your traveller. From then on there is one person to call for an earlier start or an extra stop.
Your chauffeur waits at every door and adapts when meetings move. Changes are possible up to 12 hours before pickup, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before, and your company can settle the booking by invoice.

Fuel, parking and road tolls are always included, so is every wait between meetings on hourly and day bookings, and the price for your exact plan appears before you confirm.
A full roadshow day in Zurich costs CHF 999 in the E-Class and CHF 1,490 in the S-Class, for 10 hours and 300 km with the car waiting outside every meeting. Basel and Bern in one day, about 320 km, comes to CHF 1,043 in the E-Class, and a two-day roadshow from Zurich to Geneva and back is CHF 2,148 in the E-Class or CHF 3,130 in the S-Class, including the chauffeur's hotel night. Each extra hour beyond 10 costs CHF 87 in the E-Class.
For one meeting in another city, two transfers usually cost less: Zurich to Bern and back is CHF 846 in the E-Class, against CHF 999 for the full day. The day rate pays off when there is more than one stop or the schedule may move, because the car and the chauffeur wait outside and every wait is included; a transfer includes up to 30 minutes of stops and waiting, after which waiting is charged in 30-minute steps at the hourly rate. Two days before pickup you receive the chauffeur's name and mobile number to pass on, and the chauffeur meets your traveller with a name sign at the airport or at the door you give us.
Yes. Companies can pay by invoice: the amount is the fixed price you approved, plus any extra hours or kilometres added on the day, with fuel, parking and road tolls included. Every booking can also be paid online by card or PayPal, or in the car by card or cash.
At the airport up to 1 hour of waiting after landing is included, and your chauffeur follows the flight, so an early or late arrival changes nothing for you. On hourly and day bookings every wait between meetings is included; on a transfer, 30 minutes of stops and waiting are included, then extra time is charged in 30-minute steps at the hourly rate of the class. If a day booking runs past 10 hours, each extra hour is CHF 87 in the E-Class and CHF 127 in the S-Class.
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup, and changes such as a new time, another address or an extra passenger are possible up to 12 hours before, subject to availability. On the day, your chauffeur adapts to meetings that move; later cancellations and no-shows are charged according to the Driveguard Terms and Conditions.
A sedan carries up to 3 passengers and 2 large suitcases: the E-Class or electric EQE for everyday business travel, the S-Class or EQS for a principal or a guest of honour. For a team, the V-Class takes 7 passengers and 6 large suitcases, and the V-Class Lux 6 passengers in individual seats. Larger delegations travel in several cars booked together, each with its own chauffeur.
Yes. From Zurich it is around 35 minutes to Zug, 1 hour to Basel, 1 hour 25 minutes to Bern and 3 hours to Geneva, and one car crosses into Germany, Austria, Italy, France and Liechtenstein: Vaduz is CHF 379, Milan CHF 856 and Munich CHF 1,021 one way in the E-Class, with your corporate driver in Switzerland staying in the same car the whole way. On roadshows of several days, a night more than about an hour from Zurich adds CHF 150 for the chauffeur's hotel, and during the World Economic Forum, Davos is priced separately.
Yes. A chauffeur trained as an unarmed bodyguard can be added for 20% on top of the transfer, hourly or daily price: an S-Class transfer from Zurich Airport to the city centre then costs CHF 174 instead of CHF 145. Tell us when you book so the right chauffeur is assigned to your traveller.
