In the Arrivals Hall – Arrival 1 or Arrival 2, depending on your flight – holding a personalised name sign. Two days before pickup you receive your chauffeur’s name and mobile number, and your flight is monitored in real time, so the chauffeur is there when you actually land. If your flight docks at terminal E, take the Skymetro to the main terminal as usual; the chauffeur waits at the exit of the baggage hall.

Nothing changes for you: 1 hour of waiting after landing is included, your chauffeur follows the flight live and the pickup moves to the actual landing time, earlier or later. If a delay runs well beyond that hour or the flight is cancelled, we stay in contact by phone or WhatsApp and move the pickup to your new flight.
